Bev Shah is passionate about empowering the investment and asset management sector to forge a more equitable and inclusive culture. As a British-Indian, dyslexic woman (mother of two) with more than 15 years' experience in the City at some of the world's largest financial institutions, she founded City Hive to be the change she wanted to see in the world.
Mandy is a crucial driving force in improving transparency in the global asset management industry and is a dedicated advocate to the cause of promoting equality in the sector through City Hive. She undertakes City Hive’s advisory and development of an aspirational kite mark for the industry.
City Hive offers a range of services, both offline and online, to enable our members to become ambassadors for change, whether its learning about how to broach difficult subject matters, connecting with others with similar interests or finding supportive employers.
