The Founder

Meet City Hive’s Founder and CEO, Bhavini ‘Bev’ Shah, as much a worker as a queen bee.

Bev spent over 15 successful years as a distinguished City investor, before three momentous events gave her the freedom to create City Hive. As a British / Indian dyslexic woman, Bev’s experiences, insight and determination are ensuring this initiative has a real impact on the industry and the lives of the talented women within it; forging a better, more equal future for generations to come.
